Description
7 Llandygai Village is a single-storey estate cottage built in a mild Picturesque style, forming a basic L-plan. The exterior is finished in roughcast rubblestone and features a slate roof with overhanging verges and exposed purlin ends. The side facing the lane has a projecting gable on the right, which includes a 2-light, 12-paned window. There is a renewed 3-light window in the original opening at the center of the main range, which also has a prominent ridge stack on the right. This stack has a stone base and paired diagonal shafts with stepped capping. The entrance is located in the gable end and consists of a 6-panel door under an open lean-to porch. At the rear, there is a lean-to addition. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
