Description

These are narrow rectangular plaques made of slate stone, mounted one above the other on a stone boundary wall. The top plaque reads "TO BANGOR MILES 1 1/2" and the bottom plaque reads "TO ABER MILES 3 1/2/ TO CONWAY 12 3/4". Both plaques feature incised hands, with the top hand pointing to the left and the bottom hand pointing to the right.
