This milestone is made of slate-stone and features a simple chamfered top edge, which is set into a boundary wall. It has the inscription "MILES" in the top right corner, with distances listed below in descending order: "CARNARVON 8", "PENYGROES 1", "LLANLLYFNI 1", and "TREMADOC 11".
