Description
Parc is a single-storey building with a two-room layout, featuring a later lean-to added to the front. The structure is made of roughly coursed rubblestone and has a graded slate roof, although the front slope of the house part has been replaced with corrugated iron. The roof has coped verges and includes an integral end stack on the right and a ridge stack at the centre where it connects to the cowhouse, both equipped with slate drips. The lean-to has a boarded door on the left wall and a small 19th-century sash window at the front, while the cowhouse has a roughly central entrance. The rear wall of the house part, which faces the street, features a 19th-century glazing bar sash window on the left, and the rest of the wall is unbroken. The interior was not accessible at the time of the survey.
