Description
Crymlyn Cottage is a single-storey former smallholder's or labourer's cottage, built with a three-room layout and oriented roughly north-south. The exterior features roughly coursed rubblestone and a slate roof. The front of the cottage has a half-glazed door located towards the left end, flanked by a two-paned sash window on the left and a four-paned sash window on the right. To the right end, there are two 2-light 12-paned casements, all of which have stone lintels and slate cills. There is an integral end stack to the left and a ridge stack to the right of the four-paned sash, both with red brick shafts. A 20th-century rooflight is situated to the left of the entrance. At the rear, there is a large 20th-century flat-roofed addition. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
