Description
The dovecot at the Western Golf Course in Cambuslang, Glasgow, dates back to the 18th century and is situated in the grounds that were once part of the now-demolished Westburn House. This tall, two-stage structure is octagonal in shape and has been re-harled in 1874. It features an ashlar bell-course and margins, along with a slated ogee roof. The dovecot has a single low entrance door and circular openings at the upper stage.
