Description

18th century. Cylindrical dovecot (tower form); 10' in diameter, 24' high. Roughly coursed sandstone ashlar; base course; jettied parapet. Doorway to S, 2 arrow slit flight holes above, and bracketted shelf below row of 13 entrance holes. Formerly lined with timber nesting boxes. Currently roofless.
