Description
The Carshed Shop, located on Main Road in East Wemyss, is an early 20th-century single-storey shop with a piend roof. It features a full-width tiled porch supported by rustic timber piers and is harled with stone margins.
On the northwest elevation, there is a door positioned to the left of the center, accompanied by a canted window to the outer left. To the right, there is a window in a bay, and another door is located further to the outer right.
Both the northeast and southwest elevations have a window, although the window on the northeast side is blocked. The shop has plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows, and the roof is covered with pantiles, complemented by a slate easing course at the eaves.
