Description

Earlier 19th century with later alterations and addition. Single storey, 6-bay cottage (converted from 2) on ground sloping to S. Squared and snecked rubble and harl, ashlar quoins. Stop-chamfered arrises, stone mullion.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: panelled timber door with plate glass fanlight at centre of cottage to right, windows in flanking bays and further window in single bay piend-roofed extension to outer right. Lower cottage to left with window to right and bipartite window to left.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Pantiles. Ashlar coped skew and coped ashlar stack.

BOUNDARY WALL: low semicircular-coped rubble boundary wall.
