Description

Early 19th century. Single storey with attic, 3-bay cottage and single bay former shop? Squared and coursed sandstone with rubble to sides and rear; stone cills. Broad eaves course.

E ELEVATION: No 41: timber door with plate glass letterbox fanlight to left and blocked window to right, single relieving arch over; slate-hung piended stone dormer window breaking eaves at centre above.

No 43: symmetrical. Timber door with plate glass letterbox fanlight at centre, blocked windows in flanking bays; dormer windows (detailed as No 41) over outer bays.

W ELEVATION: lower single storey lean-to extension to outer left

(No 43).

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case dormer windows. Red pantiles with slate eaves easing course and slate dormers. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans, ashlar coped skews.
