Earlier 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage. Painted rubble. Projecting cills.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; modern door and letterbox fanlight. Windows in outer bays. Modern box dormer window above centre bay. Rubble wall adjoined to right, with boarded door flush right of cottage.

E ELEVATION: blank.

W ELEVATION: window at centre. Small window to right in gablehead. Door to right at basement. 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Red sandstone coped skews. Painted rubble gablehead stacks. Small purple slates. Modern rooflights to S pitch.
