Description

47 Regent Street is an early 19th century single-storey, three-bay house with a later addition at the rear. The building features paint-washed ashlar on the front, with harled sides and rear, a base course, raised cills, a cornice, and a blocking course. The entrance has a deep-set door with a rectangular fanlight above, flanked by windows. The side gables are blank.

The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing. The roof has ashlar skews, grey slates, and gablehead stacks.

The interior was not seen in 1994. There is a low, coped boundary wall at the front with coped square gatepiers, all rendered.
