Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay house. White painted render with black ashlar dressings, quoin strips and eaves course. Door at centre with letterbox fanlight, flanked by windows at ground; window toeach bay at 1st floor. Single storey flat-roofed addition to right and rear. 12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows to front. Ashlar coped skews and rendered stacks with full complement of cans. Graduated grey slates. Regrattable cedar-lined modern dormers and siting of satellite dish. 3 windows to W partly blocked.

Boundary Wall: low coped rubble terraced boundary wall with ashlar coping.
