Description

Rowan House, located at 15 Agnew Crescent in Wigtown, is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house. It features painted render with raised ashlar margins. The central entrance has a pilastered and corniced door, alongside a decoratively boarded door with a letterbox fanlight. There are windows on either side of the ground floor, with a service door positioned out of line to the outer right. The first floor has three windows, which are plate glass sash and case windows. The house is topped with modern tiled roofing material and has stone end stacks.
