Description
10 Agnew Crescent is an earlier 19th century, single storey terraced cottage with three bays. The exterior is made of painted rubble, featuring smooth rusticated quoins and raised painted margins. It has a central doorway with deep cavetto reveals, leading to a door with a fanlight above. The windows are single light, with top hung timber casements and plate glass glazing. The cottage includes an eaves band and an eaves cornice, along with end skews that have roll skewputts. There are tall coped rusticated end stacks, some of which have octagonal cans. The roof is covered with modern pantiles, and there are box dormers on the rear. Additionally, there is a single storey wing with a slate roof at the back.
