Description

Inton is an early 19th century single-storey, three-bay terraced cottage located on High Street in New Galloway. The cottage is constructed of painted rubble and features flat margins. It has a recessed door with a narrow fanlight, which is flanked by single light sash windows that have a 12-pane glazing pattern. There are also two piended dormers, each with 12 panes. The roof is covered with slate and has corniced axial stacks.
