Description
4 Agnew Crescent is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that has undergone some later alterations. The building is constructed of painted rubble with ashlar dressing, featuring a base, lintel, and eaves courses, as well as rusticated quoins and stone mullions. The central entrance has a door with a letterbox fanlight, which is a modern white uPVC door, and it is flanked by windows, with a service door to the outer left.
On the first floor, there are three windows, with the outer ones enlarged to a bipartite design. The first-floor windows have a plate glass glazing pattern in sash and case style, while the ground floor features modern white uPVC windows. The house has coped skews and end stacks, and it is covered with grey slates, including two small modern rooflights.
