Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey corner block sited on junction between High Street and Agnew Crescent, formerly residential. Painted render and ashlar dressings. Door in chamfered angle, with spurs now blocked as window and with window at 1st floor above. 2 bays to High Street with door to outer right (panelled door), and machinery door slapping to left; 2 1st floor windows, that to left behind. 2 out of line bays to Agnew Crescent with windows to each floor. Plate glass sash and case windows at 1st floor with large square-pane later windows at ground. Modern flat-tiled roofing. Ridge stack.
