Description
9 Agnew Crescent in Wigtown is an early 19th-century building that was originally a pair of houses with entrances on either side of a pend, but has now been converted into a single house. It is two stories high and has three bays. The exterior is made of coursed rubble, featuring rusticated granite at the corners and around the windows. The central doorway, which used to be the pend door, is flanked by blocked doorways. The windows are single light sash and case style with plate glass glazing. The building has sandstone skews with facetted skewputts, coped end stacks, and slate roofs that include two modern rooflights. The rainwater goods are made of plastic.
