Description

16 Agnew Crescent in Wigtown is an earlier 19th-century single-storey, three-bay terraced cottage. It features rubble walling with painted raised margins and smooth rusticated quoins. The central doorway has a recessed modern door with a fanlight above it. The cottage has single light windows, which are modern white UPVC framed. There is an eaves band and an eaves cornice, along with end skews. The building is topped with tall coped rusticated end stacks and has good graded slate roofs. At the rear, there is a single-storey slate-roofed gabled wing that includes a box dormer and a lean-to extension.
