Description
18-20 Agnew Crescent in Wigtown is a pair of single-storey terraced cottages from the earlier 19th century that have been merged into one building. The exterior features rubble walling with painted raised margins and rusticated quoins. There are central doors with fanlights, and a blinded door to the right. On either side of the doors, there are single light windows that are sash and case with plate glass glazing. To the extreme left, there are rusticated margins surrounding a pend door. The building has an eaves band and eaves cornice, with coped end stacks and a good graded slate roof topped with a sandstone ridge. Plastic rainwater goods are installed, and there are three small box dormers at the rear.
