Description
2 Bladnoch Village is an earlier 19th-century single-storey cottage that forms part of a terraced pair in a row of similar buildings. The cottage features three bays and includes an attic and a basement. It is constructed of rubble with painted ashlar dressings and has rusticated quoins, with the right quoins interlocking with those of 1 Bladnoch Village.
There are two steps leading to a modern door located at the center, which is topped by a letterbox fanlight. The flanking bay has basement lights with pavement grilles, and there are two ground floor windows. The windows are sash and case style with plate glass glazing. The cottage also has two canted box dormers, a rusticated end stack, and a harled stack. The roof is covered with pale grey graded slates, and it features a coped skew with a scrolled skewputt to the left.
