Description
This is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house located at 13 North Main Street in Wigtown, part of a terraced group. The building is harled and features painted ashlar dressings and a base course. The entrance is at the center, with a modern door and a letterbox fanlight above it. There are windows on either side at the ground floor and in each bay at the first floor, all featuring plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. The roof is covered with purple slates and includes small, early skylights. Red sandstone stacks and a ridge are present, and there is a taller wing at the rear.
