Description

32 High Street in Wigtown is an early 19th century single-storey, three-bay cottage that completes the terraced line of the street. The front is constructed of granite blocks with whinstone pinning, while the sides and rear are harled. There are wrought-iron railings leading up to the forestair. The central door features a letterbox fanlight, with sash and case plate glass windows on either side. The rear of the cottage has seen regrettable alterations and additions, and it is topped with modern roofing material. There is an end stack located on the right side.
