Description
Early 19th century with later alterations. Symmetrical single storey, 3-bay classical house on corner site of Straiton Place and Regent Street. Finely droved ashlar, squared rendering to side elevation and to later extension to SW; rubble to NW. Base course, cornice, blocking course; architraved windows.
SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: panelled door to centre, at top of 3 steps, rectangular plate glass fanlight; windows to flanking bays. Extension to left, lower wall height, window.
NE (STRAITON PLACE) ELEVATION: windows to extremes of wall.
Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Piended grey slate roof extended down to SW for extension. Wallhead rendered stacks with coping, to NE and SW (at centre, positioned still as before extension to SW).
INTERIOR: not seen.
BOUNDARY WALLS: rendered with coping.
