15, 16, 17 Warrender Park Crescent, Edinburgh

15, 16, and 17 Warrender Park Crescent in Edinburgh is a four-storey, five-bay tenement building dating from around 1800. It is constructed of coursed sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. The building features a base course, a string course above the ground and second floors, and chamfered reveals. The doorways are round-arched and have pilaster surrounds, panelled doors, and plate glass fanlights. The third-floor windows in the second, third, and fifth bays have gabled dormerheads.

On the entrance elevation, there are pedimented doorways in the second and third bays, with a bipartite window between the bays at ground level. The second bay has single windows, while the third bay features bipartite windows with carved consoles and a balustrade for the balcony at the second floor. A carved strapwork pediment adorns the doorway in the fifth bay, with a single window flanking it to the right. Each floor above has bipartite windows in an advanced panel. The first and fourth bays have full-height canted windows topped with pyramidal roofs and decorative wrought-iron finials. There is a bracketed chimney breast on the corniced wallhead stack located between the first and second bays. The windows are plate glass sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes a box dormer, corniced mutual stacks, and moulded octagonal cans. The interiors were not seen in 1991. The property also features boundary coping along the street.
