12, 13, 14 Warrender Park Crescent, Edinburgh

12, 13, and 14 Warrender Park Crescent in Edinburgh is a four-storey, five-bay tenement building dating from around 1880, which is part of a terrace. It is constructed from coursed orange sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. The building features a base course and a string course above the ground and second floors. Notable architectural details include chamfered reveals, round-arched doorways with pilaster surrounds, panelled doors, plate glass fanlights, and pedimented dormer heads above the third-floor windows in the second, third, and fifth bays.

On the entrance elevation, there are pedimented doorways in the second and third bays, a bipartite window between these bays at ground level, and single windows in the second bay. The third bay contains bipartite windows. The doorway in the fifth bay has a carved strapwork pediment, with a single window flanking it to the right and bipartite windows in an advanced panel above on each floor. Full-height canted windows are present in the first and fourth bays, topped with pyramidal roofs and wrought-iron finials. A bracketed chimney breast is located on the corniced wallhead stack between the first and second bays. The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, a box dormer, corniced mutual stacks, and moulded octagonal cans. The interiors were not seen in 1991. The property is bordered by coping along the street.
