Description

18th century. 2-storey, 5-bay, rectangular-plan house in regular terrace to SW. Harl with painted margins.

NW (THE SQUARE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Boarded timber door to centre with windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor with blank centre bay.

SE ELEVATION: asymmetrical elevation with variety of elements including advanced bay to left of centre with door (entrance to No 6) on return to right.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates and Angus stone slates. Coped ashlar and brick stacks with cans.
