Description

18th century. 2-storey plus attic, asymmetrical 3-bay, square-plan house. White harling; painted stone surrounds and eaves course.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central plank door; 3-pane fanlight. 2 windows to right; large bipartite window to left. Single window centred above door; flanking 1st floor windows. Narrow extension set back to right with small window; narrow outshot below; plank door set back.

W ELEVATION: ground floor window to left; single 1st floor and attic floor windows to right; fixed lights.

N ELEVATION: not seen, 2000.

E ELEVATION: plain gable with outshot.

Replacement fenestration; centrally pivoted timber windows. Decorative iron hinges to doors. Pitched roof, swept at eaves. Modern pantiles; crowstepped gables; moulded skewputt to right; damaged skewputt to left. Gable apex stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 2000.

BOUNDARY WALL

Low rubble wall; flat coping stones surrounds house to S and W; central opening in front of entrance door.
