Description

18th century with 19th century alterations. 2-storey with laigh floor, 2-bay house on ground sloping to N and E. Harl with painted margins and stone cills.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: part-glazed timber door with plate glass fanlight to right to ground, window to left and 2 further windows at 1st floor; corner stack to left and broad gablehead stack.

N ELEVATION: window at centre ground (altered) with small window at 1st floor. 4-bay laigh floor with low timber door to right of centre and small barred window to outer right, window in bay to left of centre and further timber door to outer left.

E ELEVATION: advanced gabled extension to left with window to both floors, timber lean-to porch in re-entrant angle to right and window at 1st floor.

Mainly plate glass glazing in modern timber sash and case windows, top-opening window to ground left N and E. Pantiles with slate eaves easing course. Coped, harled stacks with some cans, that to N extended with brick.

BOUNDARY WALL: coped rubble boundary wall to N.
