Description

18th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, near-symmetrical crowstepped gabled house built on ground falling to W; curved screen wall to outer left; close flanking to right. Harled. 1st floor windows set close under eaves.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern timber door at ground with window to right flanking in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in bay to left; deep-set modern timber door with window flanking in curved screen wall to outer left. Window at each floor in bay to right.

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: blank with gablehead stack above.

Replacement timber-framed windows with top-hung upper lights. Traditional graded stone tiled roof; stone ridge; harled, corniced gablehead stacks to E and W; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR; not seen, 1998.
