Description

The Old Market Cross in The Square, Glamis, is a 17th century column that was re-erected in 1976. It features a base and finial designed by Gordon Burnett from Edinburgh. The structure stands on three circular steps and has a plain 12-foot high columnar shaft, a moulded cap, and a stone lion holding a shield.
