Detached farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone rubble, partly rendered and colourwashed; Welsh slate hipped roof with wide eaves overhang; stone chimney stacks. Three storeys, 3 bays x 3 bays. South elevation has sash windows in plain openings, 16-pane to outer first floor bays and 12-pane to centre, and 8 and 6 panes to second floor. Ground floor has pairs of French doors flanking main doorway, with ver andah having hipped glass roof and cast-iron columns across whole of elevation. Matching side elevations with some blind windows, semi-circular arched stair window on north side: to southernmost bay on each flank a single-storey angled bay window in ashlar stonework with hipped slated roofs behind parapets. Extending westwards a 2-storey 2-bay extension to match, but not colourwashed, having 12-pane sash windows above, and below a 6-pane casement to bay 1 and a part-glared door and sidelight to bay 2, all with gauged stone flat arches to openings. Interior not seen.
