Description
Reedshaw Farmhouse and Barn is a farmhouse and attached barn built in 1618 and 1886. The front of the lane features a chamfered doorway with the inscription "SMP 1886.1618," which is clearly from 1886. The attached barn, which has chamfered doorways, is likely from the 17th century. The front is made of dressed stone, while the rear is constructed from squared rubble, with the barn being entirely of rubble and topped with a stone slate roof. The rear wall appears to be intact from the 17th century. On the ground floor, there are three double chamfered mullion windows with 4, 4, and 2 lights, each with hoodmoulds, though some mullions are missing. The first floor has three, three, and two lights, with the center window altered. There are gable chimneys, but the interior has not been inspected.
