Description

This is a 17th-century farmhouse, built in 1670, with an attached barn dating to 1676. The farmhouse is constructed of rubble and has a stone slate roof. It features two chimneys. Originally, the farmhouse appears to have been planned around two main rooms. The windows are double-chamfered, though most have lost their mullions, except for the king mullion. A large six-light window on the ground floor, to the left, has a hoodmould. Other ground floor windows are of three lights, and the upper floor windows have two, three, two, and two lights respectively. A chamfered doorway at the left-hand end has a stepped ogee head. Above it is a partly legible plaque reading "TTST MDCLXX," likely denoting the year 1670. Another plaque above a plain doorway reads “1674.” The attached barn bears a plaque that reads "TT ST AD 1676."
