Description

No 28 is a house dating from the late 18th century, with some later alterations. It features a stucco facade with ashlar dressings, a Welsh slate roof, and brick stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three first floor windows. It has a plinth and quoins. There are four steps leading to the entrance, which consists of a four-panel door beneath an oblong fanlight, all framed by a moulded ashlar architrave with a keystone. To the right of the entrance is a bar window with 20th-century casements. The remaining windows are sash windows with cills, and those on the first floor have wedge lintels with keystones. A modillion eaves band runs along the top of the building, and there are stacks at the ends.
