Description
No. 14 High Street is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with some alterations made to the ground floor in the 20th century. The building is constructed of pinkish-orange brick with ashlar dressings and features a pantile roof. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The ground floor has a modern shop front with a plinth, and there are steps leading to an off-centre half-glazed entrance situated between two bow windows. The entrance includes a six-panel door. On the first floor, there are two-pane sash windows, while the second floor features six-pane sash windows. All windows are set under flat gauged brick arches and have cills. The building has cogged eaves and end stacks.
