Description

No 2 Church Street is a house dating from the late 18th century, with some later alterations. It is constructed of coursed squared stone and has a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and features two bays. The corners are accentuated with quoins. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed six-panel door set beneath a stone lintel, flanked by 20th-century 16-pane casement windows. On the first floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars. All windows are fitted with stone sills and lintels. The roof is steeply pitched with raised gables and brick stacks at the ends.
