Description
1 and 2 Victoria Place are two houses that now serve as a house and office. They were built in the early 19th century and feature incised stucco with pilasters on a chamfered plinth, an eaves cornice, and modillions. The buildings have a graduated greenslate roof and incised stucco chimney stacks. They are two storeys tall, with three bays each, and include cellars. The panelled doors are located under glazed fanlights in stepped Ionic porches. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are framed in wooden architraves.
