Description

200 and 202 Mansfield Road are a pair of houses, now used as offices, built around 1850. The buildings are constructed of stucco and feature a hipped slate roof with a rendered central ridge stack. They have a plinth and renewed wooden eaves. The houses are three storeys tall and have a four-window range. Most of the windows are original glazing bar sashes with moulded surrounds, although the ground floor windows have been reglazed. The main block is flanked by end bays that are defined by pilasters, each with a two-storey set back porch. In the center, there are two windows on each floor, while the end bays feature a single round-arched window with margin light sashes on each floor. The side porches include a four-panel door with an overlight, and above each porch is a round-arched window.
