Pair of houses, now offices. c1850. Stucco with hipped slate roof and rendered central ridge stack. Plinth and renewed wooden eaves. 3 storeys; 4 window range. Windows are mainly original glazing bar sashes with moulded surrounds. Ground floor windows reglazed. Main block with end bays defined by pilasters, with a set back porch, 2 storeys, at each end. In the centre, 2 windows on each floor. End bays have a single round-arched window with margin light sashes on each floor. Side porches have a 4-panel door and overlight, and above, a round-arched window.
