2 houses, now offices. c1850, with late C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Brick with painted stone dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor band, moulded wooden modillion eaves. Brick pilasters flanking the projecting centre and at the angles. 2 storeys; 3 window range of plain sashes, the central one with moulded architrave and cornice, the outer ones with brick flat arches. Central canted wooden bay window with dentilled cornice, flanked by single plain sashes with flat arches. Right return has a set back 2 storey porch with wooden pediment on brackets and half-glazed door with sidelights. Left return has a set back lean-to 2 storey porch with a plain sash and below, a beaded 6-panel door in plain surround. INTERIOR not inspected.
