Description
32 Wilkinson Street is a house, now used as offices, built around 1840. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a hipped slate roof, which has two ridge stacks and one side wall stack. It has a plinth, a first-floor band, and modillion wooden eaves. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows. The central window has a moulded architrave, while the outer windows have brick flat arches. The entrance features a Doric doorcase with a cornice and a fielded six-panel door with an overlight, flanked by single 12-pane sashes. Inside, there is a moulded cornice in the hallway and reeded doorcases with six-panel doors. The cantilever dogleg wooden staircase has stick balusters and a ramped scrolled handrail.
