House, now offices. c1840. Brick with stone dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 ridge and single side wall stacks. Plinth, first floor band, modillion wooden eaves. 2 storeys; 3 window range of 12 pane sashes. Central window has moulded architrave, outer ones brick flat arches. Doric doorcase with cornice and fielded 6-panel door with overlight, flanked by single 12 pane sashes. INTERIOR has moulded cornice to hallway and reeded doorcases with 6-panel doors. Cantilever dogleg wooden stair with stick balusters and ramped scrolled handrail.
