House, now in use as offices. c1800. Brick with slate roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-window range with doorway to left giving access to stair hall. Ionic doorcase with engaged columns, plain frieze and cornice. Windows are 12-pane sashes with painted stone flat arched heads and stone sills, forming a continuous band to first floor. Overhanging eaves, and end wall stacks (rebuilt). Lead rainwater head to right. INTERIOR: retains original layout and many details, including curved dog-leg staircase with moulded brackets to tread ends, plain balusters and moulded rail. Plaster cornices throughout and plaster archway in entrance hall.
