Description
Park House is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and topped with a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and features a three-window range, with a doorway located in the gable elevation to the right. The windows are 12-pane sash types, each with flat-arched stuccoed heads, and there are string courses separating the storeys. The eaves cornice is moulded wood. There is also a doorway in the return elevation, which has a six-panelled door with a fanlight set in a reeded case that includes low relief decoration on the frieze. A similar doorcase can be found replicated in the rear wing. The interior has not been inspected.
