Description
No. 22 Mawdsley Street is a house that has been converted into a shop and workshop, dating from around 1800. The building is constructed of brick and topped with a slate roof. It stands three storeys high and features a two-window range with a doorway located on the right side. The entrance is highlighted by a pedimented doorcase and a panelled door that includes a traceried fanlight above. The windows are four-pane sash types, with casements on the second storey and replacements on the ground floor, all having flat arched heads and stone sills. There are end wall stacks, but the interior has not been inspected.
