House, now offices. c1850, with mid C20 alterations. Brick, rendered and colourwashed, with stone dressings and hipped slate roof with single ridge and 2 side wall stacks. Plinth, angle pilasters, moulded eaves and blocking course. Projecting centre. 2 storeys; 3 window range of 12 pane sashes, the central one with moulded surround. Central doorcase with panelled pilasters and pediment, with fielded 6-panel door and geometrical overlight. On either side, a single plain sash. INTERIOR has a cantilever dogleg wooden stair with stick balusters and ramped scrolled handrail.
