Description
No. 342 Glossop Road is a house, now used as offices, built around 1840 and restored in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof with two gable stacks and one stack on the rear wall. It has a plinth, quoins, a first-floor band, and coped gables. The house is three storeys tall and has a three-window range of margin light sashes, which are topped with brick flat arches and keystones. Above this, there are three smaller sashes of a similar style. The entrance features a central wooden doorcase with pilasters, a cornice, and a panelled door with an overlight. To the right of the entrance is a margin light sash, and to the left is a tripartite sash with a moulded wood surround. The interior has not been inspected.
