House, now offices. c1840 with late C19 and early and late C20 alterations. Brick with ashlar dressings and hipped slate roof with single ridge stack. Plinth, first floor band and eaves bands. 2 storeys; 3 bays, the outer bays projecting. 3 window range of plain sashes. Small central portico with Doric columns and cornice, with half-glazed door and overlight. On each side, a late C20 casement with brick flat arch. Similar left return has 2 projecting bays with a window on each floor. Right return has 2 plain sashes and a C19 canted bay window flanked to right by an early C20 square wooden bay window. INTERIOR not inspected.
