House, now offices. c1840, with mid C19 and late C19 additions. Brick with stone dressings and slate roofs with single gable and single ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor band, moulded wooden eaves cornice, single coped gable. 2 storeys; 5 window range. Windows are mainly 12 pane sashes with brick flat arches. Central window has a wooden eared and shouldered architrave. Central Greek Doric doorcase with pediment and late C19 half-glazed door with overlight. To left, two 12 pane sashes with reglazed lower lights. To right, a half-round brick bay window with a 5-light wooden cross casement. To right again, a single storey flat-roofed addition with a partly reglazed 12 pane sash. INTERIOR has a cantilever dogleg wooden stair with winders and stick balusters.
