Description
No. 24 Wilkinson Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It was built in the mid-19th century, with additions made in the late 19th century and alterations in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof featuring two ridge stacks. It has a plinth, a first-floor band, and moulded wooden eaves. The structure is two storeys high and has a three-window range of plain sashes with brick flat arches. The central entrance features a Doric doorcase with a cornice and a half-glazed door that has a geometrical overlight. On either side of the entrance, there are canted stone bay windows, each containing three plain sashes.
